Return Policy :
You have 3 days following the date of shipment of the order to request a return. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in perfect condition and with all the documentation, parts, and accessories.
You can easily return items by following these steps:
Sign In on Plantex.
- Afterwards, open My Account panel and click on My return request (RMA).
Click On “New Return Request” and Select order you wish to return.
Fill in the details and raise a return request.
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details.
If the request is approved, the item will be picked up If anyone has not received your return parcel within 7 days, please contact us.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 7 days, please contact us.
Reimbursement on Products can be done within 15 working days following the date of purchase or the original date of the purchase.
- Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
